What You Get

Everything below lives inside the platform. Here's a look at what's waiting for you once you sign up.

  • Camps get access to on-demand training built specifically for youth camp staff and leadership, covering everything from emergency preparedness to abuse prevention and health and medical fundamentals.

Content is grounded in the same risk framework that powers the rest of the platform, so what your team learns connects directly to your safety roadmap and what you're currently focusing on.

  • Every camp gets a library of ready-to-use templates and guides, including EAP flipbooks, tabletop exercise scripts, safety checklist, communications scripts, so your team isn't starting from a blank page.

These are built to be adapted to your camp's specific setup rather than generic checklists, and they're updated as best practices and state requirements evolve.

  • The heart of the platform. Build a profile of your camp, and the tool surfaces the risks most likely to matter for your activities, location, and setup.

Rate each risk, identify the controls you need from our list of best practices, and curate it all into a custom safety roadmap with clear priorities, owners, and timelines.

Export it into reports built for whoever needs to see it: your leadership and staff, your board, or a version for parents.

  • Beyond risk assessment, camps have access to a growing suite of AI-enabled digital tools, including an EAP Builder that coaches directors through building their emergency action plan section by section, plus tools in development like drill customization, daily safety starts, and legislation checklists.

Each tool is Ai-enabled and built to reduce the manual work of safety planning, whilst still putting you in the driving seat to do the 'thinking'.

  • The Vendor Hub is a public directory connecting camps to safety products and services, organized around the same risk categories used throughout the platform.

When your risk assessment surfaces a gap, the Vendor Hub can point you toward vendors who supply the relevant control, making it easier to go from identifying a gap at your camp to actually closing it.

  • Camps join a national community of camp leaders, safety professionals, and volunteers through the Safety Navigator Hub, where you can ask questions, share what's working at your camp, and learn from peers facing the same challenges.

It's a space to connect with people who understand the day-to-day realities of running a camp, not just read advice from the outside.

  • TSN connects camps to funding and partnership opportunities, including grant programs that support specific safety initiatives and partnerships with organizations working to strengthen camp safety nationally.

These programs help camps access resources they might not be able to fund on their own, turning safety improvements from a wish list into something achievable.

Training that sticks

At North Star Camp, staff and campers run through the emergency response Standard Response Protocol like second nature.

Tools camps make their own

Austin Sunshine Camps built our Emergency Action Plan template into daily practice, customized for their program and ready when it matters.

One more camp turning a template into a living plan.

Communities that show up

At Christian Outdoor Alliance, a lighting pole funded through our grant program with Safe Summers Foundation means night activities are now well lit and safe.

A small change that makes a real difference when kids are out after dark.
